Sanwo-Olu Leads Conversations on Tax Reform at Lagos Implementation Road Map Summit
Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, attended the Tax Reform Summit hosted by the Office of the Special Adviser on Taxation and Revenue in collaboration with the State Treasury Office, at the Marriott Hotel, GRA, Ikeja. The summit, themed “Tax Reform Summit: The Lagos Implementation Road Map,” focused on aligning national fiscal reforms with Lagos State’s revenue strategy and economic growth agenda.
The high-level gathering convened policymakers, fiscal experts, and lawmakers to examine practical pathways for implementing tax reforms that promote efficiency, transparency, and sustainable revenue generation for Africa’s largest sub-national economy.
