Femi Adebayo’s Euphoria 360 Hub: Building the Infrastructure Behind Nigeria’s Creative Future
By Ekocity Entertainment & Creative Economy Desk
Nollywood actor and filmmaker Femi Adebayo has opened a new chapter in his career with the unveiling of Euphoria 360 Hub, a multi-purpose creative facility in Oregun, Lagos, designed to support the growing demands of Nigeria’s entertainment industry.
Officially commissioned on October 6 by Lagos State Deputy Governor Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat, the facility serves as the headquarters of Euphoria360 Media Limited, Adebayo’s media and production company.
But Euphoria 360 is designed to be more than a studio. The facility brings together several elements of the creative production process, including film and television production, music videos, recording, editing, colour grading, post-production, events and digital content creation. It also includes conference spaces, a cinema, podcast facilities, makeup and dressing rooms and other production infrastructure.
The hub has already hosted major creative work. Davido’s “B4 B4”, featuring Mayorkun and FOLA, was filmed at the facility before its official opening, offering an early indication of its potential as a production destination.
Perhaps more significant is the hub’s focus on the next generation. Through the Euphoria360 Film Academy, the facility is expected to provide training, mentorship, workshops and masterclasses for emerging filmmakers and creative professionals.
The launch was also a deeply personal moment for Adebayo’s family. His father, veteran actor Adebayo Salami, popularly known as Oga Bello, became emotional while celebrating his son’s achievement alongside leading figures from Nollywood.
For Adebayo, Euphoria 360 represents a transition from simply participating in Nigeria’s entertainment industry to helping build the infrastructure that can support its next generation.
At a time when Africa’s creative economy is increasingly attracting global attention, projects such as Euphoria 360 point to a broader question: can Nigeria build enough world-class infrastructure to match the extraordinary talent of its creative people?
Euphoria 360 is one answer to that challenge.
